To this end, we work as closely as possible with both.
Griffin & Brand supply some of the most demanding and sophisticated buyers in the UK, and therefore product quality and safety are fundamental to our business.
Our technical team works closely with growers ensuring delivery is always within EU rules and regulations.
The technical team will also ensure that all procurement is done with growers that have achieved third-party accreditation from Global-GAP and the BRC packhouse standard.
Our company policy is to work with our growers at source, and we are pleased to offer help to our new growers to achieve and maintain third-party accreditations.

Griffin & Brand storage, packing and distribution is operated from one site in Ashford, Kent. It is ideally placed and benefits from easy access to an excellent distribution network which gives it nationwide coverage, as well as Ireland and the rest of Europe. This sole-site strategy enables all operations to be well organised and be efficiently co-ordinated.
The company is BRC-accredited, thus ensuring that all our practices and procedures meet or exceed current industry standards.
The company operates a modern-controlled temperature facility, offering specialised storage for approximately 1000 pallets.
The packhouse is equipped with the latest packaging technology, all contained within approximately 2000 m2 of packing space.
We operate a small fleet of lorries which allow us to respond quickly to unexpected delivery requirements, as well as collection of imported produces.
